During my tenure at Bubba’s LA as the in-house creative director/resident weird guy, our team was approached by our good friends at the Tinyhorse Agency with an exciting opportunity to help launch the first original series on Walmart’s new OTT platform Vudu. We were asked to rebrand the classic 80’s comedy, Mr.Mom, which was now being revamped as a digital series by Vudu and MGM.
Our goal with this project was to pay tribute to the original film starring Michael Keaton as well as incorporate the new series’ fresh perspective on modern parenting. We were asked to create a full 360° brand identity that included a comprehensive style-guide, numerous social layouts, e-commerce specs, and show key art including a main cast photoshoot.
